Raw Food Workshops and Demonstrations
1-Hour raw food demonstrations are *such* a fun way to start discovering raw & living foods. Bring a friend & expect to have a great time.

What's the difference between a workshop and a demonstration? Just the name. The healthy food stores call them "workshops" and in the raw food world, we call them "demonstrations". Don't mean to confuse!

These raw & living food demonstrations are a 1-hour workshop where you will:
• learn a new raw food recipe each month
• sample live food cuisine
• acquire information about raw & living food.

This is a great & economical way to learn more about the living food lifestyle. You’ll gain new tips & awareness in healthy eating.

If you are new to raw food, you’ll be amazed by the taste & variety of the food. You’ll also enjoy the quick & easy raw food recipes which you can incorporate into your own diet no matter what % of living food you choose to eat.

Bring a pen/pencil, ask me questions & come with a big smile. We’ll have fun for sure!

raw & living food
when we do a raw food demo or a workshop, there's usually other yummy things to eat like the green zebra tomatoes from my garden with Alissa Cohen's raw goddess dressing...

these two pictures are of raw almonds that Pat ate while in Crete. They are beautiful "as is", but I was just playing in photoshop. this is how I see things without my glasses. I guess that's why I love to play with images in photoshop so much... :-)

raw food recipes
another shot of the applesauce (see top of page). there is a sweet cracker dipped in there and the sweet nut creme on top. This is DELICIOUS and soooooo easy to make.
